I just sent out an e-mail to announce the official date of this year’s ADK Conference, Sat. May 9th from 10 am until 2 pm. It will be held at The ADK Hotel in Long Lake once again. Coffee, water, and cookies will be available there.

We are limited to 50 snowmobile club and town rep attendees to be there to learn from and work together on snowmobile trail projects as well as regulations that need to be addressed. Any issues that have come up that need to be addressed park-wide can always be presented here for discussions as well as possible resolutions from all involved. It always is great to have all parties working together on snowmobile trail projects.

If there are others that anyone feels should be there that I have inadvertently left off that e-mail list, please forward this announcement to them. Thank you.

Please rsvp to jrolf@nysnowmobiler.com asap, so that I know how many will be attending.

Thank you for the consideration of attending as well as for the great partnership that has been forged between the towns, the DEC, APA, and the many club volunteers involved in producing and maintaining the snowmobile trails within the ADK Park.

Jim Rolf

This is an excellent way to get informed as to what's going on with Adirondack snowmobiling and hang out with fellow riders off-season.

I've been to two ADK Trail Conferences and came away with valuable information each time.

Not going to make it this year, as I will be in Washington DC at the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII. I 'll be running ground ops on about 70-80 WWII era aircraft that are doing a fly-over of the National WWII Memorial on the 8th.

I wasn't able to make the conference. Were there any major issue or revelations?

The 9th Annual Adk. Trail Conference will be coming up shortly. Jim Rolf sez as soon as he can get the DEC schedules in place he'll put it on this web site.
