New York State DMV online snowmobile renewal – NYS Residents and Out of State Residents. In most cases though, DMV sends a renewal form to you in the mail. To register a snowmobile for the first time, use this page or go to your local DMV office.
New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OHRHP) has been given the responsibility to plan the development, maintenance and oversight of the statewide snowmobile program. Town of Webb and Inlet Snowmobile Trail Permits are currently on sale for the upcoming winter. The Pre-season sale price is $65 per snowmobile until November 15, then the price will be $80. There is also a Seasonal Weekday Permit for $50 for visitors who like to ride during the week but not on weekends.
