MONDAY NIGHT: STORMY through evening with heavy rain and possible strong thunderstorms. Rain changing to snow around midnight, accumulating a coating to an inch or two. Strong gusty wind and turning sharply colder pre-dawn Tuesday. Lows 18-23.

TUESDAY: Blustery and quite cold for mid-March. Flurries/snow showers. Highs only 18-23.

TUESDAY NIGHT: Evening flurries. Diminishing wind with clearing overnight. Lows zero to 5 above.

WEDNESDAY: Sunny followed by milky afternoon cloud. Highs 23-28.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy, chance for some wet snow and rain. Highs 33-38.

FRIDAY: Cloud and sunny breaks. Highs 38-43. Some rain and wet snow possible at night.

SATURDAY: Cloudy to partly sunny. Highs 38-43.

SUNDAY: Rain and wet snow possible. Highs in the 30s.
